This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to enquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information through our forms. All content on this website (text, images, design) is the intellectual property of SnugRoof Thermal and may not be reproduced without permission.

Services

SnugRoof Thermal provides internal conservatory ceiling conversion and insulation services. All work is subject to a site survey and formal quotation. We reserve the right to decline a project if the conservatory is not suitable for our system.

Quotations & Pricing

• All prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and are subject to confirmation once we've quoted (by phone, photos or an in-home survey if you'd prefer)
• Formal quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins
• Prices include materials, labour, and standard installation as described in the quotation

Cancellation & Cooling-Off

If your contract is agreed at your home (which is typical for our services), you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. During this period, you may cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us in writing at info@snugroofthermal.co.uk.

If installation is scheduled within the 14-day cooling-off period at your request, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once work has begun.

Guarantee

All installations are carried out to a professional standard. If you experience any issues with our workmanship, please contact us and we will address them promptly. The details of our guarantee will be set out in your quotation and installation agreement.

Liability

• We carry appropriate public liability insurance for all installation work
• Website pricing estimates, visualiser images, and general advice are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a formal offer or guarantee
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on indicative website content
• Our liability under any contract is limited to the value of the services agreed in your quotation

The AI-powered ceiling visualiser provides illustrative previews only. Generated images are approximations and do not represent a guarantee of the final appearance of any installation. Actual results may vary based on conservatory shape, lighting, and finish chosen.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first at info@snugroofthermal.co.uk and we will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service or the courts of England and Wales.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
