1. Survey and Preparation
We inspect the conservatory and prepare everything ready for installation.

2. Solar-Control Coating (where required)
Where appropriate, a specialist coating is applied to reduce solar heat entering through the existing roof.
Typically used on glass roofs to manage light transmission and heat gain.
3. Timber Framework Installation
A precision timber framework is installed to create the new insulated ceiling.
Fixed securely to the underside of the existing roof structure.
4. Ventilation Pathways
Carefully designed ventilation gaps are maintained above the insulation to encourage natural airflow through the roof cavity.
This is what allows the existing roof to keep breathing naturally.
5. Multi-layered Foil Insulation
High-performance multi-layered foil insulation is installed to maximise thermal efficiency.
Dramatically reduces winter heat loss and summer solar gain.
6. Internal Ceiling Finish
The customer's chosen finish — plastered or UPVC — is professionally installed.
Ready for painting, decorating or immediate use depending on finish selected.
7. Final Inspection
The installation is checked, cleaned and completed ready for immediate use.

What to Expect on Installation Day
